Coach Dee leads every Intentions in Motion retreat personally. She doesn't send a team. She shows up — for every session, every meal, every late-night conversation by the fire. This is not delegated. It is her.
The retreat works because she has lived the work. A competitive bodybuilder, a mother, an entrepreneur who built LOVEHER when nothing existed for women at this life stage. She brings all of that — and she creates space for you to do the same.
